Terms and conditions for renting apartments, houses and villas:<\/span> <\/span><\/h2>\n

The amount must be paid in NOK or euros.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

25% is paid immediately as confirmation of the booking.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The order is not confirmed until 25% is received.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The remaining amount must be paid into the account 30 days before departure.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Payment: When you book your trip, we offer Mastercard, Visa card and Diners as <\/span> <\/span>a method of payment on our website. Payment is secure and easy.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Before you pay, send the contact form for rent to us and we will check if the place <\/span> <\/span>you want is available during the time you want to rent it. If it is available, we will <\/span> <\/span>send you information via e-mail about the payment and time for payment.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

To be able to pay in euro, the payment must be made as a <\/span> <\/span>foreign transfer in your online bank.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation: Cancellation of rent of apartment, house and villa is only valid by <\/span> <\/span>written cancellation by e-mail.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 60 days until arrival, then you pay <\/span> <\/span>30% up to 31 days, then 100% for cancellation from 30 to 0 <\/span> <\/span>days until arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a condition of all our travels that the customer acquires travel insurance at his own <\/span> <\/span>expense. On trips in Europe, it is an advantage to bring a European Health Insurance Card. <\/span> <\/span>This gives you the right to medical treatment on an equal footing with the country’s inhabitants.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENT OF APARTMENT, HOUSE AND VILLA<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

  1. For some rental locations, the terms and conditions may deviate somewhat from our <\/span>general terms and conditions. For these locations, the customer will receive information about <\/span>this via e-mail.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. An order is confirmed when The Beauty of Tuscany AS has received payment <\/span>of 25% deposit, the customer will then receive an invoice. Other details <\/span>of what is to be paid are sent to the customer via e-mail. The Beauty of Tuscany AS <\/span> <\/span>has the role of being an intermediary between the owner of the property and the customer.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The different properties may have different times of arrival and departure. On most <\/span>properties you can check in between 2 p.m – 7 p.m on <\/span>the day of arrival. For arrivals outside normal check-in hours, several <\/span> <\/span>properties have a late check-in fee. Between 8 p.m – 11.30p.m the fee is 50 <\/span> <\/span>euros. After that time, another solution must be agreed upon. It must be <\/span> <\/span>notified when booking if it is known that arrival takes place after 7 p.m. 19.00. Should <\/span> <\/span>arrival be later than 10 p.m., is it entirely up to <\/span> <\/span>the attendance representative to accept or reject this. This must be clarified <\/span> <\/span>in advance where it is known that arrival is after 10 p.m. 22.00.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Neither The Beauty of Tuscany AS or the owner can be held responsible for this.<\/span> On the day of departure, most places check out at 10 a.m. and the property must then be <\/span> <\/span>vacated.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    1. The number of people living on the property must not exceed the maximum <\/span>number of people stated in the property description. The property is <\/span>booked only for the stated number of people. The Beauty of Tuscany AS must be notified if <\/span> <\/span>there are changes in the travel party.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
    2. A security deposit is required for most properties. This is stated when ordering. The deposit must be paid in cash in euros on arrival. The amount is usally between 200 and 300 euros and is paid to our partner Elisa Pertici. On return, this amount is refunded as long as there has been no damage to the property or equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Any damage or things that do not work on the property must be reported within 48 hours to our partner Elisa Pertici. <\/span><\/li>\n
    4. On departure – The property, both outside and inside must be cleared by the tenant before departure. This means that rubbish must be removed, a dishwasher must be switched on and the refrigerator must be emptied. Towels are left on the bathroom floor, bed linen is removed from the beds and placed on top of the beds. Cleaning during <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      the stay can be booked. This has a cost of approx. \u20ac 10 per hour and paid directly to Elisa Pertici on the final bill. Bed linen is normally changed after a week for longer stays. A cot is available for each property. This must be agreed in advance, before the arrival. For the cot it usually costs 20 euros for the whole stay. <\/span><\/p>\n

      1. The Beauty of Tuscany AS is not responsible for any damage or damage caused to the property and fixtures. <\/span><\/li>\n
      2. In the event of forgetting the tenant’s assets, these can be sent back for a handling fee and postage. Neither The Beauty of Tuscany AS or the owner are liable for forgotten items. <\/span><\/li>\n
      3. The Beauty of Tuscany AS intends to provide as much detailed and correct information as possible about each property that is disseminated and displayed on our website. However, it can not be guaranteed that everything is completely accurate. The Beauty of Tuscany AS provides <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        all information for the best purpose and tries to strive for the most accurate information possible. has no liability in cases where incorrect information about the property has been provided by the owner. The Beauty of Tuscany AS takes no responsibility for changes to the rental object, neither on the surroundings nor the property itself made by the owner without us being informed. Should such a situation arise, we will do our utmost to notify the customer of this as soon as possible. The Beauty of Tuscany AS works closely with its suppliers and partners and does its utmost to avoid this. <\/span><\/p>\n

        1. The Beauty of Tuscany AS is not responsible for the tenant. Should the travel party behave in a way that is not acceptable on the property, the owner has the right to ask the tenant to leave the place. <\/span><\/li>\n
        2. The Beauty of Tuscany AS and the property owner can not be held responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur to the tenant or someone in the travel party at \/ in the swimming pool or elsewhere on the property. Use of the pool is at <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          your own risk. Some of the properties have their own rules for using the swimming pool. <\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Should a problem arise with the rental object, you must first contact our partner Elisa Pertici who reports further to the owner. The owner then gets an opportunity to correct any misunderstandings or any deficiencies that may be. If the problem is not solved, you can contact The Beauty of Tuscany AS. <\/span><\/li>\n
          2. If the customer has a desire or plans to use the rental object for commercial use such as photography, filming must be informed of this at the time of booking. Permission for this must be given by the owner in writing. For large events such as weddings, wedding receptions, large parties or other gatherings of large groups must be applied for in writing. It is the owner who may give permission for this. <\/span><\/li>\n
          3. People with health problems, disabilities, reduced mobility and other health problems must clarify in advance of booking whether the property is suitable for people with these challenges. <\/span><\/li>\n
          4. The customer is responsible for checking whether the property is suitable for arrival by car, minibus or special vehicle. <\/span><\/li>\n
          5. Most of the properties have internet. If the internet connection is lost due to of technical problems beyond our control, our experience is that it can often take time before assistance arrives.
